Usersnap - Non-compatibe video?

Comment: Hello. Today I tried uploading a 39-minute video in .mov format. It took hours to load but I was able o publish it succesfully; however, whenever I tried to view the video I get a non-compatibility error.
Is there any preffered format for uploading videos to Alexandria?
