Replace current email service

Right now we are limited with 100 emails a day and their packages are rather expensive. And to add on top of that, microsoft related domains are not supported unless you pay like 80$ a month.

• Replace service and or fix issue with microsoft accounts and use free trial for final release.
• Add "send confirmation again" feature
• Allow users to login even if their email is not yet verified
• Expand account deletion to a week
• if stuck with sendgrid then add a cronjob to re-send emails that have not been send.
