isnt possible create instance HealthConnectManager. like reason i cant write/read data from health connect

add health connect. try create health connect in maui/ android specific code

here is my repo. In it i trying write and read hydratacion.
Also i need get heaght and weith. but i can inicializate HealthConnectManager bycause visual studio giving error
