Export ios signing certificate

I created a ios / Apple certificate in vs2022 at the office and need the same at home because there it shows the certificate aber with a comment "not in keychain". If try to export that cert in the Apple-Dev Portal I only get a cer file , biut I need a p12 file to import it into my second vs installation. I also did'nt find the certificate in certmgr in my office pc. How do I get the "...created via api..." cert to a second PC
