[iOS] UseSafeArea is not working when ControlTemplate is set

Description

UseSafeArea (both extension method and attached property) is not working for ContentPage when property ControlTemplate is set.

I can repro this issue at iPhone 16 Pro (iOS 18.0) on the latest 17.11.5 (8.0.92 & 8.0.21).
