Execute Tests with Exported Configuration

Currently, when a user exports a configuration or file in the terminal, the subsequent test executions do not automatically utilize the exported variables.

Expected Behavior: When a user exports a configuration or file (e.g., using export VAR=value or sourcing a file) in the terminal, test should executed in the same terminal session so it automatically leverage the exported variables.
