Ability to add crew to a venue/company, rather then individual productions (e.g. Artistic Directors)

"I'd like to add details such as Artistic Directors to a venue or company rather then individual productions. I just think that sort of job works better with dates. The same for in-house crew in Receiving Houses and other roles such as Theatre Manager or House Manager to the Ushers."
