jailbreak semi untethered 7.1.1 iphone 4 stuck at apple logo

1.I jailbroke my iPhone 4 ios 7.1.1 using geeksn0w (semi untethered)
2.When I boot it after restore, it stated "Applekeystore : operation failed ( 
pid : 53 sel : 7 ret : e00002bc )
3. Now my iPhone stuck at apple logo

I hope I can use my iPhone anymore, I've tried restore it using iTunes but it 
kept showing error 3194 and I've tried to get rid of it but still failed. 
Tinyumbrella also wont work for me.

I'm using windows 8.1 

Please help me, im new in jailbbreaking, thanks !

Have you tried to restore it in DFU mode?
