Logfile Management seems broken?

Not sure if this is bug or not... if you need more information let me know

I've been using this script for years. Logfile management never seems to have worked. I'm not sure if I have something configured wrong. But all I get is a temp directory within e:\snapraid\temp which has two log files "snapraid.out" and "snapRAIDerror.out". When I receive the email via Gmail I get "snapraid-email.zip.out" which comes from the e-mailbody directory.

Does the code only compress the logfile/archive if it's over the set 25mb?

Running INI 3.3 and script 3.4. Powershell 5.1.14409.1018
