Right now, the DSSG website is mostly in German, but the footer is in English.

Given we have a sizeable English speaking audience, as well a German audience, and only one page to change, I propose we have two separate pages - one entirely in English, and one in German, with a link between them.

I can have a stab at translating the english, but it may be worth revisiting what into we want to show anyway on this before making this change.
