Problem

I have noticed that this repository does not have a SECURITY.md file to help people guide through the proper pipeline to report bug to the moderators of this repository.

Solution

A SECURITY.md file can be added to tackle this issue. That contains the a proper pipeline to report a bug to the collaborators. This file will also contain email on which the bug could be reported and community server (If any). This issue can be solved as soon as these details are provided.
