Update Browser Warning

The browser warning should mention that the user should have chrome 89+ installed.

Can use the user agent to check if the user is running an older version of chrome and prompt them to update their browser instead.

Should also shout out Edge and apparently Vivaldi for also being compatible

When I visit the duino.app url with a non-chromium based browser the Get Chrome pop-up seems to block me from learning anything about the duino.app platform. It would be nice if there was some type of redirect to a web page that could be rendered by all browsers so a visitor could learn a little about duino.app without the need to install Chrome. I also agree that other Chromium-based browsers should be mentioned as options instead of just Chrome.
