It would be useful to be able to pull the DUO Single Sign-On logs. I haven't seen any way to do this yet.

That is not currently possible. The Duo Log Sync tools uses the Duo Admin API logs endpoint to extract logs. Per the Admin API documentation, SSO logs are not available.
