Jetson-containers keep exiting with error code but not sure what it means - but currently i think its to do with python exists and it is unable to continue because of symlink issue #790

i'm hoping it will not encounter the python issue thing at this point...

hi.
essentially a follow up from the same post i submitted on nvidia forum.
at this point it looks like in all variation where i tried to add new packages into an existing container, i will meet with this error code that causes the build to not work.
the most recent attempt i got to know that there is an option --skip-packages but... it does not seem to work the way i expected it.
so i am back to square one where any attempt to add a new package it will exit as it attempts to reinstall python again. regardless which package that i try.
how do i prevent it from trying to install python again since any prior build will likely have a python package installed?
