The ServerManager uses the regular Configuration System of .NET.

This means, you can find the user specific configuration data underneath %localappdata%\Dave_Kerr\

Underneath, you can find one or more sub-folders starting with "ServerManager"
Within these folders, you find the user.config file, which holds the user specific config.
