Account sequence mismatch keeps returning on relayer when multiple relayers running

when multiple relayers running , and one is significantly faster , seems like the others get frequent account sequence mismatch (on the rollapp side. the fast relayer sits next to the sequencer in that case).

I assume there is an issue with handling errors on the slow relayers side which gets him to have wrong sequence.
restarting the relayer seems to do the trick and than it manages to relay again.

even though there are account sequence, this is recoverable (i.e every interval it manages to send packets), however it seems like it's not using it's full potential of relaying due to this.
