[RT-2819] Show more context and information next to the exploit steps

Acceptance Criteria:

• An exploit developer might want to show educational material next to an exploit step.
• Think of a diagram of a multi-step attack chain where I see an image per step that can change for each individual step.
• Support remote images and also local files

Notes:

For the future, consider showing slideshows, a graph with flow charts, something like XState ([https://xstate-catalogue.com/machines/queue]), etc.
