Support for AppEngine application installations from the Dynatrace Hub

I'd like to install AppEngine apps via Terraform, and as far as I can see this isn't currently supported, although if I've missed something then please let me know.

I'd like a new resource to be introduced allowing AppEngine Apps to be installed, as well as a data lookup that allows finding apps by name in the Hub

Additional context
I'm not sure if this is even supported by the API currently, I can't see anything explicitly for appengine apps, but it may be supported under something else.

Maintaining AppEngine Apps is indeed possible via REST API. Accessing these APIs differs however a lot from how the usual resources are working. That's why didn't address that use case yet.

I need to ask for a bit more patience until we can take care of that properly. But you can expect a resource like dynatrace_app in Q1 next year.
