Fairing base (or bases) not showing up in VAB to utilize

I am totally stumped with this one.
I am playing KSP RP1 express install with RSSRO and automatically procedural fairings. For some reason theres a fairing base that doesnt show up in the game for me to use and that is the SSTU Hollow ring payload adapter. The others of this type (the SSTU hollow ring interstage, and boattail) i know its likely a mod interaction, but i wish i new which ones doesnt jive well and I would remove them.
I did do a fresh install on a different instance in Ckan and the part shows up there, so I am trying to narrow down the suspects. I also looked at the log, and there are no errors as far as the part is concerned
