OS: Ubuntu 18.04 ros2 dashing
Installation type: CMake flags
Version or commit hash: Foxy

Steps to reproduce the issue

Expected behavior

After running this command "ros2 topic echo /node_name", It should give the node values.

Are you sourcing common_msgs package? In any case, this is not a micro-ROS issue.
