GhcModCheckAndLintAsync problem with Stack #78

When running GhdModCheckAndLintAsync in a Stack project, the following error occurs:

parse error in ghcmod! Could not parse the following ghc-mod output:ghc-mod: ghc-mod: can't find a package database at Failed to grab lock ("/home/matt/.stack/lockfile"); other stack instance running.  Waiting...

Nothing else causes the same problem: GhcModCheck, GhcModCheckAsync, etc. all work fine.
