The default screen is the starting point to explore the application.

Acceptance criteria

The default state shows the production dot map to guide users navigate the map
Only the 10 top ports by volume and nodes are shown at a time (depending on zoom level and map viewport)
The default area selection is the country (Admin 0)
Admin 1 boundaries are revealed depending on zoom level
