"No census tracts downloaded so far"

I'm working on the NAIP download, and getting the "No census tracts downloaded so far" message. Does that mean the download failed? Scene_df does seem to have filled up with url's, however I'm having an issue with the next code cell as well. It seems to be an issue with ex_scene_gdf being empty, and causing a "list index out of range" error as a result. Let me know if anyone knows how to fix this!

I have a hunch that it might have something to do with the dates... I'm seeing 2022 in some places, and 2010 or 2021 in others....

In Line 26 on the chunk that's cropping the NAIP imagery for a single census tract, you are creating a new gdf crop_da by cropping the tile (defined earlier in your code as tile_da) to the bounding box you made. But in your code, you swapped out tile_da for crop_da:

crop_da = crop_da.rio.clip(boundary, all_touched = True)

Try fixing that and see if it works
