Expected Behavior

Was hoping that cancelled tasks would be left in place where I entered them, but would be ignored for the timeline. They should not be notified either.

Current behaviour

Cancelled tasks are still shown on the timeline, even if they conflict with a non-cancelled task.

Steps to reproduce

I cancelled a couple of the tasks I had plannd for today, using the [-] checkbox setting.

I then added a new Webinar task to replace the cancelled "Shop" task at the same time that "Shop" should have happened.

The timeline still shows the shop task.

Obsidian Version

1.8.5

0.6.3

Checks

  • I have tried it in the sandbox vault with only this plugin enabled

Possible solution

Maybe have an option and a list of checkbox settings to ignore for the timeline, similar to the "Preserve" option?
or display concurrent tasks side by side?

If I re-sequence so the "live" task is after the cancelled one then it shows the live task, and I could just delete the cancelled task, but on my work timeline I need to report on both live and cancelled the next day.
