When gitlab-with-pat-setup-flow test checks a factory resolver response for private repository with PAT setup, happens failure with an error:

Factory resolver returned wrong status code. Expected: HTTP/1.1 200

E.g. PRs:
-> eclipse-che/che-server#685
-> eclipse-che/che-server#686
-> eclipse-che/che-server#687

The reason of failure test is an expiration of Personal Access Token on the test GitLab account.
I checked this functionality on Che - works properly.
I'll create a new PAT on test account.

New Personal Access Token is created.
The gitlab-with-pat-setup-flow is success.
The issue is closed.
