[Task] SAMM2AASX - Update documentation

The documentation in https://eclipse-esmf.github.io/esmf-developer-guide/tooling-guide/java-aspect-tooling.html#details-mapping-aas seems not to be up-to-date:

samm:Property with V3.0 of AAS there also is a mapping to SubmodelElementList in case the characteristic is a collection type (later it is described that samm-c:Collection is mapped to aas:SubmodelElementList). MultiLanguageProperty is also used for mapping.

samm:Property.preferredName it is also the aas:ConceptDescription:IEC61360:displayName ?

I am not sure, is
samm:Property.exampleValue mapped to aas:Property:value still valid?

samm:Characteristic.dataType mapped to aas:Property.valueType in case the property was mapped to an aas:Property only. If it is a entity or collection type it is different
