org.eclipse.pde.ui/icons/bndtools does not contain high resolution icons

There are 3 icons in https://github.com/eclipse-pde/eclipse.pde/tree/master/ui/org.eclipse.pde.ui/icons/bndtools. All of them don't have high res. icons. One of them is even an gif.

They were create with c7a72b4 / #919 from @laeubi .

@laeubi: Do we have SVGs for these so that we can create high resolution icons for them.

We have forked these from https://github.com/bndtools/bnd at that time so not sure about SVG or other alternatives. It won't hurt to create new or replace them with existing ones from platform.images.

Do you have a proposal which existing icons (or slight modifications of existing icons) would fit for these?
