Could you please detail what's in each tagged release?

At https://github.com/eclipse-theia/theia/releases I'd find it very beneficial to know what's in a tagged release and find good reasons to upgrade. Currently, IDK where to find this information besides looking at actual commits.

There's an easy way to do this with git log as it requires the ISO8601 format that Github supports. An example would be this (since 1.1.0 was tagged)

@anavarre you can take a look at our changelog for the notable specific changes present in each release. Are you suggesting copying this information on 'GitHub Releases' as well?

Ah, I didn't know about this file in the repo, thanks for pointing me to it. I didn't look hard enough.

I guess the reason why I'm advocating for this information to be added to the Github releases page is people can subscribe to it in their RSS tool of choice (or chat bot, or anything you can think of) and discover changes there, which is very convenient compared to manually reviewing a markdown file.

I'd be fine with including it in both places, worst-case we can reference the changelog at the specific tag version 👍
