I need to set all the code foundation for the kick off session that is happening in the 3 of Feb,

Tasks:

TRGs requirements
Python Fast API Code Foundation ( reuse code foundation from the DPP project)
Folder structure definition
Basic Documentation for application/service
Some ideas for the frontend design
