On the "App & Service Subscriptions" page, users are unable to clear the search text in the search box without refreshing the entire page.
The search text does not clear or reset unless the whole page is refreshed.
Expected Behavior
Users should be able to clear the search text from the search box without needing to refresh the page, resetting the search results to the default state.
Steps To Reproduce
Login to Portal App.
Navigate to the "App & Service Subscriptions" page.
Enter text into the search box to filter results.
Attempt to clear the search text by clicking 'X' or backspacing the entered text.
