This would probably start with edxapp, but then we could communicate its availability elsewhere.

We think this change may have gotten rolled-back along with DD profiling when that caused issues. So, we aren't sure whether or not this is safe.

This ticket might just be about asking SRE to implement again, and potentially reminding them of these links.
