Support Other Tarrifs

While this is an excellent project, it would be excellent if it could support other common tariffs such as FLEXIBLE and COSY.

Flexible would be great for informational reasons but would never be the best option. plus flexible is not a "smart" tariff, so if you switched to it, you would be stuck on it as all the smart tariffs have return restrictions.
I added cosy to the script, but it doesn't often come out best with "agile" usage patterns. I didn't yet see a compelling reason to switch, so auto-switching is disabled.
