Exporting org files to LaTeX with zotxt inserts #3
Comments
Hi It would be helpful, if you can tell me if and how zotxt can export these citations from org-mode to other publishable formats (such as .tex or .html) |
Hi Janakiraman Sorry for my slow response. I'll have a bit more time to look into the current state of exporting latex cites via zotxt. It's not currently implemented but it should be pretty easy. This ticket outlines some possibilities: https://gitlab.com/egh/zotxt-emacs/issues/16 |
@egh, any updates regarding this feature? zotxt is exactly what I am looking for, but being able to have LaTeX exports with proper citations would make it perfect. |
@wordempire I'm currently working on porting zotxt to zotero 5, which is taking up most of my time. But this is on my radar! One tricky issue is dealing with citation options (e.g. page numbers, etc.). I might try to integrate with org-ref in this case, if that makes sense as a solution. |
@egh It would be great if it also supports the export from org to html, LaTeX(and then to pdf) and so on. |
I presume this is still not a feature at this point? The rest of this works really well just to say! |
I'm able to successfully create links to zotero entries in org-mode in emacs (as shown in attachment). Now if I try to export the org file into LaTeX the zotxt-easy-key is available. But there is no link or bibliography created for these entries. How can I create a bibliography entry for the zotxt entries in org-mode, when I export org-mode to LaTeX
