[Feature request] Add remote ollama option

It would be awesome if we could add duplicates of some of the providers. But especially Ollama. I have local linux server that can run heavier models, and I have my local Mac that can run really small models. It would be great to have both in the drop down without having to constantly change the address in the settings.

Such a feature would also be helpful for people that use services like brev.dev and the like.
