Unable to redefine maven publish repository url without adding again username and password

I would like to setup specific snapshot and releases repositories that are different from template in JavaPlugin.kt

url = uri("$publishingBaseUrl${if (projectVersion.endsWith("-SNAPSHOT")) "snapshots" else "releases"}/")

define in build.gradle this section

publishing {
  repositories {
    maven {
      url = "${publishingBaseUrl}${project.version.endsWith('-SNAPSHOT') ? 'my-snapshots' : 'my-releases'}/"
    }
  }
}

override all configuration and user and password are no more defined.
Maybe can we add some other properties to allow to define our specific snapshot and releases repository name used in the url ?
