There are two hosted copies of the synapse documentation, https://element-hq.github.io/synapse/ and https://matrix-org.github.io/synapse/. Neither appears to have documentation from the last couple of releases of synapse.

(If the matrix-org copy is going to be unmaintained, it would be nice if it said so.)

Believe https://element-hq.github.io/synapse/latest/ is updated, it's just that the dropdown isn't sorting correctly. I'll submit a PR.
