Improve the documentation to describe how to deploy BASIL in a server

The current documentation only describe how to deploy BASIL on a local machine.
To really leverage the tool capabilities it will be really helpful to describe how to deploy it in a server that way the application can be accessible from everyone in the public internet or inside a private network.

I would expect that this is more or less the same, assuming your server is a linux machine, you have enough rights to login there via ssh and start the docker containers.

What might be interesting to setup from my point of view is an automatic backup of the database and the users, maybe the setup described here https://forums.docker.com/t/accessing-a-db-inside-a-docker-container/116106/6 might help for backup of the database.
