Support tag page customization?

Hi! First of all, I love the work you've done so far - out of all of the static gen templates/themes I've found, it's the closest to the actual Ghost Casper theme!

That said, I have a feedback: currently, while you can tag posts, there's no way to customize the "tag page" (the page you get when you click a tag). Currently, it's just "collection of X posts" and a big, ugly, empty header with no way to put images.

I'd love for a way to 1. customize the tag page message (so I can say "this tag is about blah" instead of it just saying "collection of X posts"), and 2. set a tag page image.
