Hopper minecarts are unable to deposit inside of OmniHoppers #8

If you place a hopper minecart on a rail that is on top of omnihoppers, the omni hoppers don't pull or receive items from the hopper minecart

I'm waiting for some updates to Fabric API to be able to finally implement a fix for this. Soon™.
