Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• アプリを初期化
• タブバーを編集せずにカスタムタブを作成
• 「タブバーに追加」にチェックを入れる
• 保存する
• タブバーが編集されず、失敗する

おそらく、タブバーファイルが作られていない状態だとこうなる
