users in my domain has cyrillic names

LDAP_USERNAME_ATTRIBUTE = 'sAMAccountName' 
LDAP_EMAIL_ATTRIBUTE = 'mail' 
LDAP_FULL_NAME_ATTRIBUTE = 'name'
