ignore filter for directories

Bit of a basic question but I can't get the ignore filter to work here.

Running v2.5

Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

I did have some trouble with that bit of code. I may have not fixed all the edge cases.

Just to confirm things, if the source file is in the "Ignore" list, you don't want it popping up in the editor area?

Yeah, it's broken.

I've create this issue #288.

Should be fixed now. See #288 for a branch you can grab. If it works for you, I'll update the mainline.
