A user may have accounts on both Github and Gitlab but with different email addresses.

After logging in with both, two accounts are created.

Allow users to merge accounts, selecting which to keep and which to throw away.

ephracis added enhancement view controller model labels

ephracis modified the milestones: 1.0, 1.1
