Create activity feed for users

Each time a user does something, like improve code coverage, or make the 100th commit for the day, etc, an activity should be created.

Then all activities for a project, a user, or a group should be displayed on a dashboard/activity feed, which updates in real time, making it into something that would be awesome on a screen on a wall near developers or project managers.
