Issue
pod is contantly using more than requested memory in radix. Increase at least to 512Mi memory request in production.

Change should be applied to prod environment only.

Acceptance Criteria
Use Grafana monitoring from the Radix console to verify that oplog-api is not utilizing more memory than it requests. Radix Console
