The plan was to increase the access control granularity to allow for a differentiation between user and admin in a workspace.
The initial model was access to workspace = all rights.
New model: user access = most rights, admin access = all rights.

@silolis please could you please leave a detailed description. All of the workflows functionality will be available only for an admin role?
