Replace volumeMount property useAzureIdentity with Credentials

To provide uniform configuration of identity, replace volumeMounts property useAzureIdentity with credentials.
To do this gradually, first keep both, mark useAzureIdentity as Deprecated, replace info in the documentation and ask teams which start using useAzureIdentity change it to Credentials
