if you manage to lock all of your users on Jenkins security (Been
there), just change <useSecurity>true</useSecurity>
to
<useSecurity>false</useSecurity>
in /var/lib/jenkins/config.xml
visit http://Jenkins_url/restart
or sudo service jenkins restart
