Feature Request: Notification When Post Submitted for Review #34

Send a notification when a Post status is set to Pending Review.

This would help the approval team know when a post needs their review.

Seconded, this would be really helpful. Currently I'm using a plugin to send email notifications but would appreciate this instead.
