Brief Description of the Docs Request

I am requesting the inclusion of a dedicated "Paymaster" section linked to the "Account Abstraction" (AA) page.
While there is some technical guide available, there is no consolidated section covering all things Paymaster on the main docs.

The documentation should provide an overview of the Paymaster feature. It should include a guide that explains the role of Paymasters in AA, how to implement them on Optimism, and any best practices or examples. The technical guide can be referenced, but the new docs page should be more comprehensive and developer-friendly.
